I had a fantastic experience with Avie and he did several things for me- set a stone I already owned in a new setting, resized an old ring, and fixed a broken gold chain. All 3 services were done quickly and expertly. I LOVE my new ring- he worked with me to give me options and offered his opinions about style but never pushed me into something I didn't want- he always listened to my feedback and then adjusted. He didn't push me into pricier options at all. He also learned that I was driving from Denver (I had gotten a recommendation to work with him so I wanted to make the drive), and he always thanked me for it and even sent my finished pieces by mail so I wouldn't have to drive to his office to pick them up. Totally thrilled with my experience and I'll absolutely be going to him in the future for anything I need. He also offered chocolate whenever I visited him which was incredibly sweet 🙂 Thanks, Avie!

I have known Lotus since the store was in Littleton. Over this time we, have bought a number of items. Beautiful and unique things you could find no where else. Avi is a great man and understands people and jewelry. I will always go to Lotus first when shopping. He usually has something better than I have in mind. A great place!

Avie was so kind and eager to help me out of a bind. My insurance company needed an appraisal on my engagement ring in order to keep my policy and when I called to explain the situation he told me to come in immediately and don’t worry about the time on the website that he knew how important it was. He was so wonderful and helpful and went out of his way to make sure I got everything that I needed. The space is warm and has a great selection. This place is amazing and he never made me feel pressured to spend more than I wanted. Can’t wait to give him more of my business in the future.

Avie is one of the most wonderful people you will ever meet! We brought in a sketch, an heirloom ring with a center diamond we wanted to repurpose, and he brought our dream to life. The final ring was even better than we could have imagined. Not only is the jewelry impeccable, but the process was great. Quick, easy, and enjoyable. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Shopping for jewelry is not fun for me. I always get the sales pitch, commonly they also tell me what my wife will want $$$$$$$$$$. Not here. Avie took the time to listen to me and what I wanted to buy for my wife. We went over many options, all of which were tailored to what I had described. I recommend you take the time to go see him personally. I have never felt so involved nor so satisfied leaving a jewelry store. Not to mention, the prices were all very fair, especially when you compare the same product from a name brand store. I will not shop anywhere else again. Thank you Avie!

I purchased a diamond private party (NOT from Lotus) and asked several jewelers if they would be willing to compare the stone against the paperwork that came with it to make sure it was the real deal. Where other jewelers were unwilling to help when there wasn’t a dollar to be made, Avie welcomed me into his store and not only confirmed that the diamond was indeed the one from the paperwork, but he also gave me some great information about the jeweler who had originally handled it and about the stone itself.
