RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If, within 7 days after receipt of your purchase you are not completely satisfied, your purchase may be exchanged. All products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products that have been specially ordered, modified (i.e. sized, engraved, etc.), worn or abused will not be accepted for refunds.
All sale items are sold as is and considered final sale. Sale items are not eligible for special order, refund or exchange. Refunds are made only to the purchaser of record, and in the exact method of original payment.
Be sure to include all original packaging. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost.
Insure Your Package
Refer to your invoice. Insure for the total retail value of the contents .
Lotus Jewelers, Inc will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
OUR RETURN PROCESS
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your exchange will be processed in 3 business days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed . Please note that items which have been worn, show signs of wear or those that have been engraved, resized, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
